Cuts the wind and super waterproof. Comfortable for most days. Love the high collar and waist adjustment cord.I purchased the coat and bibs for a fishing trip to Canada. Both held up extremely well. The coat is well constructed and the few times it rained, it kept me very dry. I highly recommend both the coat and bibs. They are well worth the money!I bought the xxl jacket As far as the jacket goes it's a good jacket BUT I would re do the hood for me it was sagging in my face had to fold up the hood so it wouldn't cover my eyes hood needs to be a little more rigid BUT after fishing in a pretty good rain storm today I took it off and not a spot of wet on meWould of given it 5 stars if it weren't for the hoodUpdate I thought of wearing a ball cap under the hood and that works great for keeping the hood up and out of your faceLOVE THIS SUITMy husband is an avid fisherman off the Oregon coast where it is rainy about 80% of the time. He is also a human furnace, so while he wanted rain proof he didn't want hot. He has gone through several rain jackets over the years but couldn't find the one that was rain proof and breathable. This fit the bill exactly! This beads up the water and it runs right off, but he doesn't get sweaty or too warm in it. It has plenty of room to layer underneath. He loves that the hood tucks away into the collar and isn't too bulky.
