For the price of the product is okay but the arms that come out we're made really cheap and broke on my first time using it I was able to do a simple repair and they work awesome now I also wasn't expecting to buy a very expensive awning so overall you get what you pay forEverything seemed to be working great on it till the last part of the setup where the rubber grippers on the poles don’t grip like they are suppose to making the entire system extremely disfunctional, so I highly recommend that you don’t order this product.Pole end broke first time trying to set it up. I have messaged them several times with no reply.
