I bought the boots for hunting in climates that's are usually wet and around 35 degrees and lower. They are awesome so far and hold up well when walking through rougher terrain. I usually still hunt and also sit for a while. They didn't make my feet too hot while also being able to keep my feet warm. The ankle support has been great as well climbing over rocks and trees is easy as you aren't wobbly in your boots.
